Biography

Jinyan Dong was born in Shandong, China, in 1992. He received the Bachelor's degree from Changchun University of Science and Technology (CUST), Changchun, China, in 2015. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in optical engineering at Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, CAS, Shanghai, China. He studied optical information science and technology with CUST from 2011 to 2015. His current research interests include random fiber laser and nonlinear fiber optics. We have investigated the correlation between process induced damage and RF analog characteristics. Vth matching, fmax, and NFmin were analyzed using mass data. It was found that the redistribution of channel profile due to the damage induced by ion implantation at the gate edge affects the spread of fmax and NFmin.
