Biography
Kazunari Ishimaru (M’91–SM’05–F’14) joined Toshiba Corporation in 1988 and now Toshiba Memory Corporation, where he is an Assistant to Director with the Institute of Memory Technology Research and Development. Since then, he has been researching on high speed SRAM, advanced logic, and emerging memory research and development. He was a Visiting Industrial Fellow with the University of California at Berkeley from 1997 to 1998. He was a VP Technology with Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., and a Toshiba Project Manager with IBM Research and Development alliance from 2006 to 2010.
