Biography
Takashi Yoshitomi was born in Okayama, Japan, on October 25, 1965. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in solid state physics from Division of Materials Physics, Graduate School of EngineeringScience, Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 1989, 1991, and 1999, respectively.,In 1991, he joined the Research and Development Center of Toshiba Corporation, Yokohama, Japan. Since then, he had been contributing to the research and development of small geometry MOSFETs. He is currently developing high-frequency analog MOSFETs with 0.15–0.25 $\mu$m gates at Microelectronics Engineering Laboratories. His current research areas include mixed-signal CMOS device modeling and integration.,Dr. Yoshitomi won the Nikkei BP Grand Prize in 1994.(Based on document published on 7 August 2002).
