Biography

Zhiyuan Wang received the B.S. degree in computer science from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 1996 and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing, China, in 1999. He received the Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2004.,In January 2005, he joined Cisco Systems Inc., San Jose, CA, where he is currently a Hardware Engineer for the design-for-test products. His research interests include defect diagnosis, design for testability, Build-in-Self-Test (BIST), and design for manufacturability.(Based on document published on 21 February 2006).
