Biography

Qing Fei received the B.S. degree in computer application from Henan University of Science and Technology, Luoyang, Henan, China, in 1991, and the M.S. degree in automatic control and the Ph.D. degree in computer application technology from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 1999 and 2005, respectively.,He is currently a Senior Engineer with the School of Automaton, Beijing Institute of Technology. His research interests are unmanned autonomous platforms, industrial control systems, human motion perception and control, compensation control, sliding control, state estimation, and attitude control.(Based on document published on 25 January 2022).

This paper reports on gate-last (GL) In0.7Ga0.3As QW MOSFETs with regrown S/D by MOCVD.
