Biography

Débora Matos (S'08) was born in Pelotas-RS, Brazil. She received the B.S. degree in digital system engineering from Universidade Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul (UERGS), Guaíba, Brazil, in 2007 and the M.Sc. degree in computer science from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Porto Alegre, Brazil, in 2010, where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in computer science.,Her main research interests include networks-on-chip (NoCs), reconfigurable systems, system on chip, and multiprocessor system on chip (MPSoC).(Based on document published on 27 September 2010).

A low threshold current of 25 mA was obtained by a ring laser without a saturable absorber.
