Biography
Tetsuichiro Ohno (M’98) received the B. E. degree in 1989, and the M. E. degree in 1991, both from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, and the Ph.D. degree in 1999 from Shizuoka University, Shizuoka, Japan. In 1991, he joined NTT Opto-electronics Laboratories, and has been engaged in research on opto-electronics devices. He is currently a Senior Research Engineer with the NTT Device Innovation Center, Kanagawa, Japan. He is a Member of the IEEE Photonics Society.(Based on document published on 17 December 2015).
