Biography

M. Selim Ünlü (S'90–M'92–SM'95) received the B.S. degree from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 1986, and the M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, in 1988 and 1992, respectively, all in electrical engineering.,In 1992, he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Boston University, Boston, MA. He was a Visiting Professor at the University of Ulm, Ulm, Germany, in 2000. He is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Physics at Boston University. He is also serving as the Associate Chair of ECE for graduate studies and the Associate Director of the Center for Nanoscience and Nanobiotechnology. He has authored or coauthored ov...
