Biography

Nicolas Andreff (M’05) received the M.S. degree in computer sciences and applied mathematics from École Nationale Supérieure d'Électrotechnique, d'Électronique, d'Informatique, d'Hydraulique et des Télécommunications, Toulouse, France, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree in computer vision and robotics from Institut national polytechnique de Grenoble, Grenoble, France, in 1999.,He is currently a Professor with the FEMTO-ST Institute, University of Franche-Comté, Besançon, France. He created the Biomedical Micro-/Nano-Robotics Group at FEMTO-ST in 2012. His research interests range from visual servoing and parallel kinematics to intracorporeal microrobotics.(Based on document published on 28 July 2016).
