Benshun Yin received the B.E. degree in electronic information science and technology from Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, China, in 2019. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electric Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. His research interests include mobile 3C networks and federated learning.(Based on document published on 5 May 2022).

Defect generation controlling device degradation is found to be highly sensitive to the signal duration in circuitry-relevant operation frequencies (GHz).
