I. Introduction
Ultra-high pixel is one of the inevitable trends of flat panel display [1]–[3]. Row and column circuit is the driving circuit of flat panel displays, which controls light-emitting pixel through the designed waveform sequence [4], [5]. Usually, row circuit is used as scan line and column is functioned as data line. When the row and column circuit are selected at the same time, light-emitting pixel will be lighted. With the increase of the density of light-emitting pixels, a large area on display chip is used as driving circuit, resulting in the high fabrication cost and low effective luminous area. Therefore, a simplified paradigm with reduced area of driving circuit is urgently required for flat panel displays.
