It could also assist them to pair employees with similar personality traits which is likely to boost up their collective performance. It would be a fringe benefit to the already booming e-commerce companies which can use the data available about the buyers for customizing their products and services and advertising them with right emotions at right places. It would remarkably effect all the stages of a product, right from its design to its marketing and selling.
