I. Introduction
Technological innovation is the primary driving force during the enterprise development. It is also intrinsic factor of the enterprise survival. Technological innovation promotes technical progress and economic growth. But technological innovation can not do without personnel. Human resource is the key factor to technological innovation. Sollow, Romer and Lucas successively illustrated the intrinsic role of human resource in the economic growth model. Schuler emphasized that the cooperation awareness and the interdependence actions of staff can promote the implementation effectiveness of the innovation strategy. The value and role of human resource in the high-tech enterprise is increasing day by day. Human resource becomes the technological innovation pusher. Therefore, it is very important that we study the influence of human resource on enterprise technological innovation. There are lots of researches about the relationship of human resource and technological innovation that come from domestic and foreign scholars. But the researches mainly based on theoretical analysis, rarely has the positive investigation. The influence path of human resource on technological innovation is not clear yet. It is necessary to further explore the influence of human resource on technological innovation which derives from the direct path or through mediating variables.
