I Introduction
With the rapid development of China's higher education, and the change from the "elite education" to "mass education", our college has a significant increase in the number of students, their differences in learning ability among the relative increase. If we are teaching all students the same model, it is unreasonable for the students that their study differences are not the same as others. Therefore, we have to implement teaching at different levels in concept of education and teaching methods so as to adapt to the development of students
