1. INTRODUCTION
The ulna is one of the two bones in the lower arm. Together with the radius it forms the radio-ulnar joint that is positioned at approximately 2 cm below the wrist (See Figure 1). When rotating the wrist (pronation and supination), it revolves around the radius along an articulating surface. Two common pathologies are arthritis of the articulating ulna surface and joint instabilities as a side effect of previous surgery in the lower arm [1].
