Abstract:

In this paper, the method of establishing expert system database was adopted by a control system to dispose test parameters in order to improve success rate of three-phase synthetic test. It also analyzes and discusses in detail the control system structure, knowledge representation and reasoning mechanism to developing an expert system for suitable three-phase synthetic test with Delphi 7.0, ActiveX data object (ADO) and structured query language (SQL).

I. Introduction

Gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) has the virtues of small cube, long maintain periodic, few workload and reliable operation, it is greatly promoted. Because three-phase arc extinguish chamber of GIS with three poles in one enclosure is set in the same tank which is connected with air and they affect each other during breaking, the single-phase test can't verify the performances. So the three-phase test must be done.
