Abstract:
This study looks at how sustainability and aftersales services affect buyer behavior in Bengaluru., India's market for electric scooters. A study comparing Ather and Bounce electric scooters was done to see what aspects affect consumer happiness. The study discovered that after-sales services, such as maintenance and repair, are critical to customer satisfaction and that buyers should take sustainable practices into account when selecting an electric scooter. The findings provide important visions for Bengaluru-based electric scooter companies looking to strengthen their aftersales services and sustainability practices in order to better fulfil the needs of their customers.
