Contents Omnidirectional antennas of circular polarization (CP) are widely used in mobile, vehicular, and satellite communication systems, radio frequency identification (RFID), and radar systems due to their excellent coverage and fading-immune performance under multi-path environments. However, most of the existing omnidirectional CP antennas are of narrow bandwidth. Therefore, it is desirable to design an omnidirectional circularly polarized antenna that can operate over a broad bandwidth.

Omnidirectional antennas of circular polarization (CP) are widely used in mobile, vehicular, and satellite communication systems, radio frequency identification (RFID), and radar systems due to their excellent coverage and fading-immune performance under multi-path environments.
