I. Introduction
In the development of medical equipment, there are some standard regulations to comply with in order to be used in clinical practice. This is the reason for their high cost and the regulations to be complied with each country where they are required to be used. With the development of technology, low-cost devices based on medical sensors are emerging. This can be used to record biomedical parameters and signals, wherein these sensors are accompanied by applications and programs to record and analyze the signals recorded, although these devices have no clinical use, they can help as a warning mechanism in emergency situations, as a mechanism for rapid assessment. In this context, we found works related to the use of these new devices, such as the process to ensure that the information sent can arrive with integrity to the receiver [1]. In the use and design of these devices, we can indicate as one of the main problems, the sending and display of data, for which we have two possible situations, the first related to the sending of data wirelessly and the second in physical form, the choice of method will depend on the type of equipment and the need for visualization and control, in the case that the device requires a control mechanism, the use of serial communication protocol is recommended, for its reliability and speed [2].
