Biography
Ji Min Wen was born in Shanxi, China, in 1981. He received the B.Sc. degree (with honors) from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing, in 2008.,In 2003, he joined the Institute of Semiconductors, CAS as a Ph.D. student. He is currently with Cadence Design System, Inc., as a Senior Engineer. His research interests are characterization and simulation of the high-speed optoelectronics devices and the RF circuits and system.(Based on document published on 17 April 2009).
