Biography
Meng Zheng (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in information and computing science and the M.S. degree in operational research and cybernetics from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in mechatronic engineering from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2012.,From 2010 to 2012, he was a Visiting Student at Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute, Berlin, Germany. Since 2018, he has been a Visiting Scholar at the Technical University of Berlin, Berlin. He is currently a Professor at Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang.
