Biography
Meng Huang was born in Hubei Province, China in 1988. He received the B.Eng. (2011) and Ph.D. (2016) degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. Now, he is a teacher at School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China. His research activities are mainly in the field of oil-paper insulation, organic dielectrics, high voltage technology and space charge measurement.(Based on document published on 13 July 2018).
