Biography
Ranga R. Vatsavai received the B.S. degree in applied mathematics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, in 1990, and the M.S. degree in statistics from HNBG University, Dehradun, India, in 1996.,He is currently a Research Fellow at the Remote Sensing and Geospatial Analysis Laboratory at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. He was a Project Leader of the team that designed and implemented a parallel photogrammetry system for Indian Remote Sensing Satellite (IRS-1C) on a PARAM series of supercomputers at the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), India.
