Biography
Yasunobu Saito received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan, in 1985 and 1987, respectively.,In 1987, he was with Microwave Solid-State Department, Komukai Works, Toshiba Corporation, Kawasaki, Japan, where he was engaged in the development of compound semiconductor devices. Since 2003, he has been with Discrete Semiconductor Division, Semiconductor Company, Toshiba Corporation, Kawasaki, where he has been engaged in the development of compound semiconductor devices.,Mr. Saito is a member of the Japan Society of Applied Physics.(Based on document published on 10 June 2009).
