Biography
Florin-Doru Hutu (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Engineering degree in electronics and telecommunications and the M.Sc. degree in digital radiocommunications from the “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iaşi, Iaşi, Romania, in 2003 and 2004, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in automatic control from the University of Poitiers, Poitiers, France, in 2007.,He was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the XLIM Research Institute, Brive la Gaillarde, France, for two years. In September 2010, he became an Associate Professor with INSA Lyon, Villeurbanne, France.
