Biography
Hesheng Wang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2002, and the M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in automation and computer-aided engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2004 and 2007, respectively.,He is currently a Professor with the Department of Automation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. His current research interests include visual servoing, service robot, computer vision, and soft robots.,Dr. Wang is an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering and IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters, and a Technical Editor for IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics.
