Biography
Il-Min Kim (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electronics engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1996, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 1998 and 2001, respectively. From October 2001 to August 2002, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, MIT, Cambridge, MA, USA. From September 2002 to June 2003, he was with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Harvard University, Cambridge, as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow.
