Biography
Chadwin D. Young (S'98–M'04–SM'06) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, in 1996, the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, in 1998, and 2004, respectively.,He has held several internships before joining Sematech, Austin, TX, in 2001, where he completed his dissertation on high-κ gate stacks. He currently continues his research at Sematech as a Project Engineer, working on electrical characterization and reliability methodologies for the evaluation of the charge trapping properties in high-κ gate stacks.
