Biography
Hans Jürgen Mattausch (M'96–SM'00) received the Dr. rer. nat. degree from the University of Stuttgart, Stuttgart, Germany, in 1981.,He is a Professor at the Research Institute for Nanodevice and Bio Systems and the Graduate School for Advanced Sciences of Matter, Hiroshima University, Higashi, Hiroshima, Japan.,From 1982 to 1996 he was with Siemens AG in Munich, Germany, where he was involved in the development of CMOS technology, memory and telecommunication circuits, power semiconductor devices, chip-card ICs and compact models. Since 1996 he is with Hiroshima University researching in the fields of VLSI design, nano-electronics and compact modeling.,Dr. Mattausch is a senior member of IEEE and a member of IEICE.(Based on document published on 14 July 2011).
