Biography
Haoxiang Luo (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering in 2021 from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Key Laboratory of Optical Fiber Sensing and Communications, Ministry of Education. His research interests include communication networks, IoT technology, and blockchain. He was the session Chair of the 2023 IEEE MetaCom, and a TPC Member of the 2023 IEEE WCNC and 2023 IEEE FLLM.
