Biography
Kendall R. Waters (S'92–M'01) was born in 1970 in Chicopee, MA. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 with a B.S. in physics and a B.A. in mathematics. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics (ultrasonics) from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, in 1995 and 2000, respectively.,He worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Laboratoire d'Imagerie Paramétriquc and the Laboratoire Ondes et Acoustique in Paris, France. He is currently an NRC Research Associate at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Boulder, CO.
