Biography
Tianyi Li (Member, IEEE) is an Assistant Professor with Saint Louis University. received the Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University, the M.S. degree in transportation engineering from the University of Washington, and the Ph.D. degree in transportation engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is a three-time recipient of the Dwight David Eisenhower Graduate Fellowship from the Federal Highway Administration in 2021–2023, the Hsiao Shaw-Lundquist Fellowship, and the Matthew J.
