Biography
Wei He received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering and automation from the School of Electrical and Computer Science, Jilin Jianzhu University, Jilin, China, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the M.E. degree in control science and engineering with the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Beijing, China.
