Biography
Yang Chen (M'99) was born in Changchun, China, in 1973. He received the B.S. degree in physics from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 1995, the M.S. degree from the University of Houston, Houston, TX, in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, in 2001.,Since August 2001, he began to work with Advanced Micro Devices, in Sunnyvale, CA, where he is currently working on semiconductor device simulation.(Based on document published on 7 November 2002).
