Biography

Na Peng (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the M.S. degree in communication and information system from Chengdu University of Information Technology, Chengdu, China, in 2017. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in information science and engineering with Southeast University, Nanjing, China.,Her current research interests include RF and millimeter-wave integrated circuits for wireless communications and phased-array systems.(Based on document published on 26 July 2021).

This paper proposes a Ku-band CMOS low-noise amplifier (LNA). It is designed in one-stage cascode topology. The inductive degeneration is used for input as well as noise matching.
