Biography

Yong Shang was born in Sichuan, in 1973. He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the department of electrical engineering, Xi’ an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi, China, in 1997 and 2002 respectively. Currently he is a senior engineer in Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation. His main areas of interests include power system planning, design and related work.(Based on document published on 4 January 2013).
