Biography
Wei Shi was born in Jiangsu, in 1941. He received the B.S. degree from the department of electrical engineering, Xi‘an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi, China, in 1965. He started his research and teaching career in 1965 at Xi’ an Jiaotong University.
