Biography

Fengpei Li received the B.S. degree in mathematics from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), and the Ph.D. degree in operations research from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (IEOR), Columbia University. In 2021, he joined with Morgan Stanley machine learning research team, New York. His research interests include stochastic optimization, machine learning and quantitative finance.(Based on document published on 23 April 2024).

The amplification of transverse beam motion by the ITS eight-cell linear induction accelerator (LIA) was measured with a 4-kA beam at frequencies between 710- and 950-MHz.
