Biography
Shuaihu Li (Member, IEEE) was born in Hunan, China, in 1981. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2015. In 2016, he was a Postdoctoral Assistant Researcher with the University of Liverpool, Liverpool, U.K. From February 2017 to January 2021, he was an Associate Professor with the College of Information Engineering, Xiangtan University, Xiangtan, China. Since February 2021, he has been an Associate Professor with the Changsha University of Science and Technology, Changsha.
