Biography
Mingyan Li (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in telecommunication engineering from Jinlin University, Changchun, China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering, School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2021.,She joined the College of Computer Science, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2021 and currently works as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. She was a Visiting Professor with the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, from 2019 to 2020.
