Biography
Pengwu Wan received the bachelor’s degree in electronic information science and technology from the Xi’an University of Science and Technology, Xi’an, China, in 2008. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in military communication with the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Service Networks, Xidian University.
