Biography
Shaoqing Lv received the B.S. degree in electrical information science and technology from Tianjin Polytechnic University, Tianjin, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in information security from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2016. He is currently a Lecturer with the Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi’an.
