Biography
Changhai Ou was born in Tongren, China, in 1989. He received the bachelor’s degree in computer science and technology from the School of Computer and Information Technology, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in cyber security from the Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (i.e., School of Cyber Security, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences), Beijing, in July 2018.,He is currently a Research Fellow with the Hardware and Embedded Systems Laboratory, School of Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
