Biography

Takuro Fujii received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in system design engineering from Keio University, Kanagawa, in 2010 and 2012. In 2012, he joined the NTT Photonics Laboratories. He has been researching MOVPE growth of III–V semiconductors and the development of III–V semiconductor lasers on Si for photonic integrated circuits. He received the Young Scientist Presentation Award from the Japanese Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) in 2014. He is a Member of JSAP.(Based on document published on 14 December 2016).
