I. Introduction
The conventional distribution networks accept the bulk power form the transmission system and distribute it to the customers in a unidirectional way. The function of distribution system in Smart Grid includes: i. integration of distributed energy resource (DER), ii. active control of load demand, iii. effective use of distribution network assets. Distribution systems are complex and it is very difficult to monitor, control, analyze and manage. The complexities of the distribution systems are: i) distribution networks are often meshed but most of the time operate radically, their topology changes due to the faults and network expansion, local control and regular monitoring leads to generation of large data; ii) The time varying load distribution pattern and is difficult to predict [1].
