The sports organization is the entity of a pursuit goal, established in order to realize a particular goal. All sport organization executives will make decisions affecting the organization operation and employee action according to the requirement of organizational goals. During the process of achieving the goal, whether the members could be fairly treated on their payment, welfare, promotion, assessment, information and respect is an important basis for examining the justice of the organization.
