The intensive growth in the energy demand and the challenges like global warming or extreme emission of greenhouse gas attracted much attention toward implementing renewable power plants over the world [1]. Thus, many global and regional agreements and legislations have been passed to overcome these challenges [2]. Reviewing the literature indicates that solar and wind energies are considered the most favorable renewable ones [3]. Therefore, several studies have investigated the feasibility of wind/solar-based hybrid or multi-generation energy systems in recent years [4], [5]. Moreover, several studies focused on the challenges of developing solar and wind power plants in different regions [6].
