I. Introduction
Along with the large-scale development of power systems, power load forecasting with high accuracy [1] and reliability is gradually being emphasized. Depending on the time scale, load forecasting tasks are usually classified into four forecast types, corresponding to ultra-short-term [2], short-term [3], medium-term [4], and long-term [5]. Since short-term load forecasts range from several subsequent hours to several days, activities such as power dispatch [6], shortterm generation planning [7], and participation in the power spot market [8] are usually formulated from their forecasts, so the accuracy of short-term load forecasts [9] is increasingly required, and it is necessary to study short-term load forecasts to meet engineering requirements [10].
