Abstract:
This paper uses the thinkLet framework to advance collaborative writing (CW) processes, facilitation techniques and writing technologies. Specifically, the paper proposes critical requirements for CW tools and key CW facilitation considerations in terms of configurations and scripts. Several examples of successful facilitation and CW processes are presented, including case-specific scenarios for group meeting notes, academic articles and corporate strategy documents. These concepts not only advance the facilitation of CW groups but can also encourage such groups to become more self-sustaining over time.
