I. Introduction
Based on instructional design, instructional video resources are the integration of theory and practice in the field of teaching, using computer and photography technology to integrate teaching content, teachers' reflection and students' evaluation. The promotion of instructional video resources is of great significance to the management of instructional video resources and the research of instructional video resources management [1]. Cloud platform provides a more efficient management mode for mass teaching video resources management, and reduces the user’s hardware investment. Recommendation of Mobile Teaching Video Resources for College Mental Health Based on Subject Clustering is a cloud platform based on Subject Clustering technology, which can be applied to teaching video resources management to achieve scalable storage of teaching video resources, improve reading and writing of teaching resources and processing capacity of massive video resources [2]. In order to improve the management of teaching video resources, a recommendation method of massive teaching video resources based on topic clustering is designed. Methods The distributed structure of subject clustering was adopted, and the function layer included transaction rules, which could embody the independent functions of each standard. Among them, the user module can achieve teaching video upload, download, evaluation and other related functions. Based on the recommendation theory of subject clustering, the management module of instructional video resources can get the user’s prediction and evaluation of instructional video resources by upgrading the weights and preference parameters of the training dataset. The test results show that the proposed method can meet the needs of users in many aspects, and the recommendation efficiency is low in concurrent applications.
